Try before you pay
The Free plan has no time limit and no watermark, so you can test transcription quality on your own clips before paying anything.
7-day refund
If you upgrade and the service does not work for you, email hello@putcaption.com within 7 days of activation. We refund the full amount if you have used less than 30 minutes of video on the paid plan. After that we refund the unused whole months of a multi-month purchase.
When we do not refund
Renewals after the first period, plans used beyond the limits above, and accounts closed for breaking the Terms.
How it is paid back
To the same UPI ID, bank account or payment method you used, within 7 working days of approval. Send your transaction reference with the request so we can find it quickly.
Something went wrong on our side?
If an export failed or minutes were counted wrongly, tell us and we will credit the minutes back, no questions.
